Early access · your price locked for life

A CPA-first funnel and the media buying on top of it — passing quality back at every stage.

Most accounts optimise for the cheapest form fill and find out sixty days later that none of them bought. Closed Loop wires the whole ladder — page view, lead, qualified, booked, showed, paid — and sends each stage back to the ad platform as it happens. The algorithm learns what a customer looks like instead of what a click looks like.

Correct by construction
Every event carries a deduplicated id across browser and server, so one conversion is never counted twice.
Measured where the money is
Targets are set on the down-funnel event that matters, not on the proxy that happens to be cheap.
Every decision has a reason
Scale, kill, iterate — each one logged with the numbers that triggered it and the platform read-back.

Three connections, then it runs

There is no long implementation. The setup is three cards on one page, each with a test button that proves the connection works before you rely on it.

  1. 01

    Your ad account

Paste a system-user token or connect with Facebook. We read your accounts, datasets and pages, and from then on every conversion we observe goes back through the Conversions API with a deduplicated event id — so the pixel and the server never count the same person twice.

  2. 02

    Your down-funnel

GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ClickFunnels, a plain webhook or a read-only database. You map their stages to the ladder once — lead, qualified, booked, showed, won — and a status change in your CRM becomes an optimisation signal in under a minute.

  3. 03

    Your AI

Copy a prompt into whatever assistant you already use. It interviews you about the business and hands back a context file we parse into offers, ICP, proof and objections. The same workspace is exposed over MCP, so your assistant can read the numbers and launch work directly.

The loop closes on the left-hand arrow: what your CRM learns about a lead three weeks later still reaches the ad platform, attached to the click that created it.

One screen that answers “is this working?”

Every offer shows the cost of the event you optimise for and the cost of the event that actually pays, against both targets, next to the delivery state that tells you whether the number can be trusted yet.

Third consecutive day under target at 4× the learning threshold. The step is above the +25%/day autopilot limit, so it needs a person.

Iterate

Allocation Playbook · replace 3 fatigued creatives

Every live creative is past 10 days and CTR is down 31% from its day-3 peak. Three replacements are drafted from the context file and need a look before they go live.

Reports you would have written by hand

Five report types, to Slack or email, on your schedule and in your timezone. Every one of them renders from the stored daily tables — never from a live API call at send time — so the number in the message is the number on the screen.

  • Daily performance

Yesterday against the day before, today so far, month to date against the same days last month — per offer, with CPA against target and pacing against budget.

  • Media-buying log

Everything the engine did in the last 24 hours and the numbers that triggered it: kills, scales, new tests, optimisation-event switches, and whatever is waiting on your approval.

  • Test report

Running tests with conversions remaining before a call can be made; finished tests with the winner, the lift and the confidence. Page tests and ad tests kept apart.

  • Quality and down-funnel

Lead to qualified to booked to showed to won, by source and by creative. Plus passback health — how many events were sent, how many the platform accepted.

  • Weekly digest

One Monday message, offer by offer: the CPA trend, the best and worst creative, and what changes this week.

  • And an inbox that does not need Slack

The same renderer feeds an in-app inbox, so nothing about the product depends on a chat tool being connected.

Early access: your price, locked for life

Fourteen days to try it, no card. Take a plan during early access and you keep that price for as long as you stay — prices go up for new accounts when early access closes, and yours will not move.
